Niwa is an established construction company in Karlstad with over ten years of experience. We primarily operate in Värmland but also throughout central Sweden. With around 30 employees and a clear growth ambition, we carry out everything from construction services to larger renovation and new construction projects, with strong references from both municipal and private property owners.

We are now looking for our next star in concrete at Niwa Entreprenad for our operations in Karlstad!

About the position

Niwa Entreprenad is growing, and we are therefore looking for skilled workers for our concrete department. We are looking for someone who loves to work practically with concrete and reinforcement but ideally has a broad experience working as a carpenter as well.

You are a meticulous and structured person with good physical condition and a positive attitude. You work goal-oriented, are solution-oriented, and always strive to deliver high quality and satisfied customers. With us, you have a free and varied job, where no day is like the other. The work is both outdoors and indoors with varying projects. You will be based in Karlstad and be an important part of our team – sometimes in a group, sometimes more independently. Your tasks

The tasks include reading drawings, building forms, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete. The work requires precision, collaboration, and an understanding of safety.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience as a concrete worker/reinforcer.
• Valid B driver's license.

Meritorious

• Experience in carpentry or large forms.
• Certificate for hot work.
• Ability and interest in working with other construction tasks as needed.
• Vocational certificate
